• Is there a refund if I don’t like my site? Yes. If at anytime you are not completely satisfied you have 30 days to cancel.
• What happens after I sign up? We go right to work on a domain name (yournamedotcom) and send you a detailed e-mail of what we need from you (pics,bio,menu). We make this process very easy.
• How do I pick my design? You will get a choice of 100’s of templates. Try out your templates via e-mail link before we set everything up.
• How long until my site is live? You will be set up with in 2 days to 1 week.
• Do I have to do anything to my site myself? No. Not if you don’t want to. You get 10 free posts from us per year. Just e-mail us what you want to post about. (Say you want to put your favorite customers on your site just e-mail us the pics with their names and that is all you have to do. We do the rest.
• What is a post? A post is a small paragraph with with pics and or links. A blog is made up of many posts. Their is no limit of how many posts you can have on a blog.
• What are some posting ideas? Post your favorite customer with pictures and names. Post pictures of your food. Post about an event or contest. Post a video of your commercial.
• How to you get the carry out menu online? You can mail us a hard copy or have your print shop e-mail us the file.
• What about a fancy flash website? They may look cool but a static website can’t be updated like a blog can, search engines don’t like them, they take long to load,  there expensive $1000’s. Still not convinced, then read some of my research here.
• How can I learn to post myself? Some training is provided and you may also buy 5 and 10 hr training blocks.
• Can I change my design? Yes. You get one template redesign per year if needed.
• How much is it to update my site beyond the 10 free posts? Its normally about $10 per posting if you provide the pics and info. You may also have us come out and take pics.
